The Automatic Winder

1 | The yarn coming from the heatset line is fed into the winder via the overfeed rolls and divided onto 3 levels (decks).

2 | Before starting and during winding, the magazines must be loaded with up to 8 empty tubes.

4 | After reaching the set package length, doffing is initiated. The fully wound
package is ejected and transported to the end of the winder by the conveyor belt.
