For over fifty years the products of Power-Heat-Set have been considered worldwide as a guarantee for high quality and efficient products on in the field of yarn finishing and have established.
Power-Heat-Set is a successful player in the global carpet and textile industry. All of Power-Heat-Set’s equipment is manufactured by highly-qualified technicians at the German based headquarters in Toeging near Munich.
There is a team of mechanics and technicians available worldwide for installations and service. Power-Heat-Set’s Research & Development department continuously works on optimizations to bring the machines to the next level. The team focuses on bringing advantages to the customer’s production process regarding quality, runability, productivity, energy saving and handling.

ABOUT THE RESCH GROUP
The Resch Group consisting of Resch Maschinenbau GmbH, ViscoTec GmbH and Power-Heat-Set GmbH, currently employs over 300 people in Europe, Asia and America.
The Headquarters of all companies is in Töging am Inn, round about 80km east of Munich.
Resch Maschinenbau GmbH
The Resch Maschinenbau GmbH is the “mother” of all companies and thus the founding company.
In 1997 it was decided that the pump sector of Resch Maschinenbau GmbH should be separated and become an independent company – ViscoTec.
In 2002 the same decision was made for the textile sector of Resch Maschinenbau GmbH and this then became the independent company Power-Heat-Set GmbH.
Today these are all three completely independent companies with different business models but still remain in the hands of the same shareholders.

Power-Heat-Set GmbH is a specialist in heatsetting and steaming equipment in the field of carpet and textile yarn production. Power-Heat-Set GmbH has a subsidiary in the USA and several agencies worldwide.
ViscoTech Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH
ViscoTec specializes mainly in systems for the conveying, dosing, application, filling and emptying of medium-high viscosity media. ViscoTec has subsidiaries in the USA, China, Denmark, France, India and Singapore.

ABOUT THE COMPANY’S HISTORY
As early as in the year 1957, Ludwig Resch sen. founded a company as a specialized supplier of high quality cast iron and aluminum welding.
In 1973, the first Heat Setting Process has been developed followed by the inline steaming unit “Steamatic” in 1993.
As a result of continuous growth and specialization in the production of machines for the textile industry, in 2002 the textile division was spun off into the newly founded and independent Power-Heat-Set GmbH.
In 2007, the newly developed compact heat setting machine, the HiperSet, was launched. In the same year, Power-Heat-Set of America was founded to advance Power-Heat-Set’s worldwide expansion and better meet the needs of the global markets.
Since then, Power-Heat-Set has been growing constantly. It is our mission to continuously improve our technologies and machine portfolio in order to perfectly meet the needs of our customers. Efficiency, reliability, user-friendliness, energy savings, and cost reduction are the most important values driving our efforts. Excellence in customer service and consulting completes our mission.
