Following the heatsetting process, the winder winds the yarn optimally back onto the packages and communicates independently with the heatsetting unit in perfect symbiosis – two winders for the GVA, one for the HiPerSet.

The PHS Winder X-Wind Pro 1.0 perfectly matches with non PHS heatsetting machines, too.

  • Optional components enhancing your production process.
  • Flexible extension of your machine configuration.
  • Perfect symbiosis and communication between different machine units.

The symmetrical design of the Delta Creel allows an easy assembly as well as a flexible configuration: a double row yarn path for GVA and a single row yarn path for HiPerSet machines.

The sensor bars at the beginning of the creel recognize the yarn to be heat set and calibrate accordingly thus no manual setting through the opartor is needed.

Its package holders lift packages up to 8 kg. The upper engagement level is 1680 mm which improves ergonomics and handling drastically.

The TwinAccu provides a higher storage capacity thus accumulation time than the standard single accumulator.

Depending on its configuration, the modular design provides a storage capacity of 3m, 6m or 9m.

Thus, the efficiency increases and the labor costs decrease.

In addition, the TwinAccu’s tenstion generator establishes yarn tension by rolling elements which reduces the potential for lean or streched yarn.

This fan device is mounted between the equipment base and the climate chamber to improve yarn processability. The suction of the fan draws the yarn onto the belt and avoids “flapping over” of yarn.

In addition, the cooling of the conveyor belt and transport rails is preventing a possible pre-bulking of certain yarns.

This fan device which is located after the climate chamber at the end of the transport unit replaces the yarn plexiglass depressing device.

The suction of the fan draws the yarn onto the belt before take-off, thus generating a basic tension. This achieves a controlled and more uniform take-off.

The Steamatic is a fully automatic, computer controlled inline yarn steaming unit producing high quality yarn for the textile industry – designed as link between all spinning and winding machines.
