A team of skilled and experienced engineers designs and develops high performance heatsetting machines for the carpet yarn industry. Our R&D department focuses on bringing advantages to our customers and constantly improves on topics such as quality, runability, productivity, energy savings, handling or usability.
THE PHS HEATSETTING PROCESS
With our machines GVA and HiPerSet, the yarn is heat set with superheated steam in an open system at atmospheric pressure.

The Multi-Channel Talent
The multi-channel machine essentailly provides six machines in one. It is the perfect solution for running high volumes of uniform production providing the flexibility to run six individual lot sizes whilst offering the ability to process frieze or straight yarn at any position.
HiPerSet
The Single Channel Talent
The HiPerSet is our single belt solution. It utilizes superheated steam with the full capacity of heatsetting natural or synthetic fibers and fits the needs of smaller production loads.
